On an\nordinary Saturday morning, in an ordinary, regular neighborhood, the doorbell\nunexpectedly rings at the household of Ellinor and Magnus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other side of the door they find Reine,\nthe odd man of the local neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is wielding a baseball bat, and demands\nthat the couple’s nine year old son should come out and apologize to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This becomes the starting point for an\neventful weekend, where both old and new sins emerge, and which comes to change\nthis little family forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anders Duus have written this brand new play\nto follow up yesteryears acclaimed production “Det som \u00e4r v\u00e5rt”\n(“That, which is ours”), with a similar mixture of pedestrian life,\nangst, and bizarre comedy. “Glas\u00e4pplen” (“Apples of Glass”)\nis a dramatical observation of our merciless attitude towards the deviant, the\nvalues that our children inherit from us, and our yearning for life to\ntranscend into something more than what it actually is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
