Conspiracy / Dramaten

Suddenly you realize that nothing is as you thought. The wildest fantasies turn out to be real. And the safest truths were lies. Or?
Conspiracy is a story about Sweden during three eras. About the truths we took for granted. About optimism, faith in the future and reliable authorities. About the lies revealed. About Vietnam demonstrations, the Palme murder and LSD experiments. And about the people who no longer know what and who to trust.
Erik Uddenberg’s newly written play is partly based on interviews with real people in Sweden, about how their view of society has changed over time. Beginning in the 60s, we move forward, via the present, towards the light in the tunnel.
