We move towards the end / Hagar Malin Hellqvist Sellén / Norrlandsoperan / Västerbottens Museum

Choreographer Hagar Malin Hellkvist Sellén invites you to a space where movement carries time. With We move towards the end, she creates choreographic baths where you, as a visitor, can move freely among the dancers in the room.
We move towards the end offers space for a slow-paced presence and a room where thoughts can wander. It allows you to take your time. You can move between active and restful attention.
Originally created as a choreographed exhibition for Västerbotten Museum’s 200-square- meter exhibition hall, the work consists of a choreographic piece in seven parts, total 5 hours and 40 minutes. The exhibition ran for three weeks, allowing visitors to return and immerse themselves in the choreographic baths repeatedly.
At the Scenkonstbiennalen, different sections of the work will be presented at three separate times. You may choose to stay for a short while or experience an entire section. At the Scenkonstbiennalen, three of the four co-creating dancers will participate.
