Festspillene i Nord-Norge takes place in coastal Harstad, and is one of the region’s leading performing arts festivals, with a strong foundation in both the local cultural scene and international collaboration. Represented delegates came from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada and Switzerland. During the festival, SPAC participated in Nordafør, an industry program that brings together professionals from the performing arts field for exchange, networking, and discussions on current topics. 

Nordafør serves as a meeting place for artists, producers, and organizations from across the Nordic region, with a focus on co-productions, touring opportunities, and artistic collaboration in northern contexts. The program offers presentations, talks, and informal gatherings that contribute to strengthening relationships and creating new connections within the Nordic performing arts field. 

Participation provides valuable insights into regional and international perspectives on performing arts, as well as opportunities to develop future collaborations and projects.
