SWEDSTAGE STOCKHOLM 2024

For the first time, our export festival Swedstage and the queer festival Proud Performing Arts, were held at the same time as Stockholm Fringe Festival and the World Fringe Congress, in order to lift Swedish performing arts on the global cultural map with joint power.

The Swedstage program was curated by Swedish Performing Arts Coalition and our reference group:

Swedstage and Proud Performing Arts was funded by the City of Stockholm, the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and the Swedish Institute.

Swedstage aims to show the very best of Swedish performing arts. We present exclusively selected performances, able to tour and available for an international audience.
